How to make a claim

Login to your account
Access the Customer Dashboard using your policy number and surname, or via the Magic Link we sent you.

Select 'Make a Claim'
Choose the policy you wish to claim against and select the type of claim you are making.

Upload your documents
Take photos of your receipts, police reports, or medical certificates directly from your phone and upload them to our secure portal.
